We think that every young person deserves the chance to reach their full potential, regardless of who they are, where they live, and where they go to school.
We apply our extensive experience and expertise to examine the challenges faced by students and teachers today, and collaborate with our diverse network of partners to create solutions that will work today, tomorrow and in the future.
For a young person at risk of not being in education, employment, or training, it could mean building skills to help them to understand their strengths, where they can be applied in a real-world context, and how to navigate challenging pathways.
For a GCSE student at risk of failing their GCSEs, it could mean gaining the core skills to help them study more effectively.
For a student pursuing a vocational qualification, it could mean developing the confidence, problem-solving, and communication skills to succeed in competitive application processes.
For a capable Year 12 or 13 student it could mean going to a top third university, studying medicine, going to Oxbridge, or successfully applying to a competitive degree apprenticeship.
For a school looking to support students of all ages and abilities to reach their potential in and outside of the classroom, it could mean delivering a programme that develops core skills in a way that is scaffolded to each year group and their priorities.
Our work with Trusts allows for consistent support to be delivered across schools within a Trust, while accounting for the specific demographic and geographic needs and nuances of each school. We work directly with each Trust to determine what content best meets their priorities. This often involves a combination of Elephant Access and Meta Method, and can include bespoke careers events and mock interview support.
As a charity, our programmes are subsidised via our partnerships, which means that while schools do pay a membership fee, they usually pay around 50% of the total cost of delivery.
Wherever possible, we will work with you to help you to find a solution that aligns with your priorities and your budget.
