Join our national programme to boost opportunities for talented students from diverse backgrounds while supporting your own widening access initiatives and recruitment.
Our university partner networks allow your institution to reach students within your national target regions, giving you the opportunity to build wider connections in schools, colleges and MATs, and support your access goals.
As a university partner, you will gain the opportunity to foster long-term relationships with highly engaged members of staff and sixth form students from more than 60 schools over three national hubs and play a crucial role in widening educational opportunities for diverse student talent.
As part of our formal governance structure, you will have regular insight meetings with Headteachers and Heads of Sixth Form. These meetings serve as a platform to share good practices, exchange ideas, and co-create opportunities that benefit both students and your university. Your input and expertise will help shape our programme and ensure its effectiveness,. By engaging with school leaders, you will gain a direct insight into the challenges and successes experienced by non-selective schools throughout the university application process.
You will gain access to hub data analysis that will empower your university to gain valuable insights into student performance and engagement. We also report our findings through HEAT and UCAS, to provide a comprehensive overview of the impact of our partnerships work.
A data-driven, decision-making approach is central to university partner development, allowing us to identify the opportunities that will serve your institution best.
Last year we invested in the development of a robust evaluation framework that will enable us to monitor the impact of our programme and individual interactions.

It is often challenging for universities to reach and build meaningful engagement with schools in order to drive diversity and engage people from underrepresented backgrounds. We facilitate those relationships; through our cohesive, high-touch Elephant Access programme we can help you to access harder-to-reach demographics and build strong, lasting relationships while embedding best practice within schools.
Join us in our mission to empower students, bridge educational gaps and pave the way for a brighter future.
By becoming a member of our network, you have the opportunity to join one or more of our regional hubs: London, Midlands & Central, and Yorkshire & North East. Each hub offers a distinct setting that promotes collaboration through events and conferences to help expand outreach and create direct relationships with schools and colleges.
Our pricing structure is designed to be accessible and flexible. Please contact us for more information.
“Developing new partnerships with schools can prove difficult for a variety of reasons. Forming a part of The Elephant Group has allowed our institution to work alongside key schools gaining an immensely valuable entry point to senior management. The collaborative nature of this project has ensured that we have all developed common aims and objectives ensuring that high attaining students derive the maximum benefit from participating in this programme”
